What is different about ProFund's fundraising strategy?

The problem with most fundraising "events" is they are more about "event" than fundraising. Putting on a "good event" is not the goal, FUNDRAISING is. We help our clients spend 95% of their time in fundraising so organizations have found it wise to combine numerous mediocre fundraising events into one powerful ProFund campaign.

ProFund also believes that strategic fundraising must center on volunteers, not staff. The organizations which have conducted ProFund campaigns have discovered that ProFund's Peer-to-Peer strategy empowers stakeholders, volunteers, etc  to become champion fund-raisers that develop new streams of income.

Why is the ProFund System so innovative?

The ProFund system is innovative because it is structured in such a way that the sponsoring organization creates a totally new and powerful fundraising team. It starts with the Organization's Board members and stakeholders and grows from there. The challenge and the responsibilities are wisely divided, saving time and resulting in hundreds of first-time donors. Our day of celebration is at the fastest growing family entertainment venue in America.

Is the program complicated?

Actually, the ProFund system is surprisingly simple, having been refined through experience in thousands of campaigns with all types of schools and nonprofit organizations, raising hundreds of million of dollars to date.

Who makes it happen?

Your ProFund Consultant will assist your organization in building the volunteer leadership team that will be necessary to conduct a successful fundraising campaign. To begin we help you identify, then recruit, 1-2 volunteers to lead the campaign. Each volunteer position has short, specific, and well-defined responsibilities.

What are other advantages?

In conducting thousands of campaigns across North America, ProFund has perfected the system and the tools necessary for success. These include materials for training, recruiting, managing the campaign, the creation of your own campaign management website, and much more. And, of course, the role of your ProFund Consultant is absolutely essential to the successful outcome of the campaign. They will guide you through every step of the system, culminating in the day of celebration itself.

What is the time requirement for a ProFund Campaign?

The typical ProFund campaign requires a maximum of 12 weeks of execution prior to the actual day of celebration. In the first few weeks the campaign team is recruited and trained. Subsequently, fundraisers are recruited and pledges are raised. In the middle of this process, before the actual day of celebration, a recruitment event is held to provide motivation and additional incentives for your fundraising team.

Is it difficult to collect sponsorship pledges?

No! The ProFund system has proven to be extremely effective and is fully automated. Most organizations collect between 95-99% of their pledges, and some actually exceed the total pledged.

What, specifically, does ProFund provide?

In addition to complete and in-depth training your ProFund consultant will provide weekly coaching to empower your success. Your team focuses on the recruitment of fundraisers and your volunteer participants just spend a few hours getting pledges in conjunction with the ProFund proven format.

How is ProFund compensated?

As compensation for consultation, proven materials, website creation, training and development, along with the licensed use of its program, ProFund's fees are based on a percentage which is one of the lowest in the industry. In essence, we become partners with you and your success becomes our success.

What is our risk?

None! If you follow the proven and validated ProFund system and coaching, you will not fail. ProFund has the experience to design and coach your campaign team to help you achieve successful results. ProFund more than pays for itself, quickly and for years to come.
